Refund policy

We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Refunds are not available on clearance items; exchanges are only offered if the correct size is in stock.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of any odor, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [810 W Rancier Ave Ste 200 Killeen, Tx, 76541] Refunds will only cover the cost of the item; shipping charges will not be refunded. Items marked as clearance, final sales, or undergarments are not eligible for exchange. We advise that you insure packages when returning items; particularly high-end products, as you are responsible for shipping them back to us. 

Weleba Travels is not liable for packages that do not make it to our store. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we recommend shipping items back as soon as possible since we cannot guarantee the availability of replacement items.

Upon receiving item(s), we will send you a notification and keep you updated on the progress of the exchange. Typically, the exchange process takes 10-15 business days from receipt of items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that our Black Friday and Cyber Monday return policy differs from our standard policy. All sales on Black Friday or Cyber Monday items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
